Gidget
Love and the Single Gidget | 1966
25 min. | color | ABC | first aired: march 3, 1966 | s01e25
Gidget goes on an overnight trip to a surfing competition and is amazed when a hot-shot surfer takes an interest in her. She is heartbroken, however, when she finds out that Anne and John have paid him to keep an eye on her. Not that any Gidget episode’s plot is terribly original, but this is the same exact plot as “Gidget Goes to Rome”.
